I never got around to finishing this but I am gonna post it. It's mostly pictures... but just so you know what we were up to the last week of Gandia. AH so long ago nowww!
Hello lovely readersss
first off can I just say I am
like super impressed with the number of people reading my blog? Makes
me realize how blessed I am to have people that care enough about me to
read about my adventure :) I can also see whereas the readers are from,
which is kind of interesting. Most of them are from the United States,
which makes sense. Then there are a good bit from Spain, also makes
sense since my friends here wanted to see what I was writing about
them... And then randomly I have several views from Austria, Germany,
and then Russia. What? So wuddup peeps welcome to mah lyf.
So
this past week, as in our last week in Gandia, was wonderful as
expected. It´s funny though I think that all of our intense going
outness kind of caught up to us. I mean honestly, who can survive so
many days of getting maybe 4 hours of sleep and drinking disgusting
amoumts? This does not mean AT ALL that we didn´t go out. In fact, we
went out every single night except Wednesday since everyone had to study
for their exam.. but I will get into all that in a bit :) But it was
definitely noticeable that it wasn´t with quite the energy as last week
was. Plus, all of my friends are sick right now. Probably cuz we are
ALWAYS together and like share everything and eat after each other
etc... I miraculously am not sick even though Jean-Luc has gone out of
his way to breathe on me and get all up in my face. I swear he is like
my younger brother. But not Tomas, just like an obnoxious younger
brother (LOVE YOU JEAN LUC :) )
So to see what I have
done everyday, you can go to my facebook page. I have an album that I
upload a picture for everyday of the year (so far!). I can´t really
remember details about every night.. no not because I was like dumb
drunk just because we do sooooo much errday.
Monday
Night-
I like seriously have no idea what we did during the day... I am pretty sure it was pretty dull and I spent like ALL day at the cafeteria of the university. OH YEAH I actually did. So I was suppose to have found a piso (flat) during the weekend but instead I just hung out Anna Bars in Valencia because I woke up so late. SO I spent the whole day calling millions of people to come visit their flat. A lot more challenging than you would think.

they looked like giant cigarettes.. |
Then during the night we decided to go be idiots on the beach. This was after the boys had their tuppersex meeting (girls had theirs the week before). I don´t know if i mentioned what it was but it was planned for us my the Erasmus program and they literally taught you about sex toys and different things you can use... apparently it was the same exact things for the boys.
Anyways we normally don´t go play on the beach at night cuz it gets to be pretty cold. But tea parties and such on the beach are great :) OH and don´t even worry, Randy was of course included. My friends brought them without me even suggesting it. Win.

I´ve been rocking the head tilt lately.. |

Tuesdayyy
Again the day was pretty chill... Learned to play a lot of drinking gamesss. I promise my guy friends aren't all gay...

we went to another apartment where they had a HUGE beer can tower. jean luc pushed me into it. the sound of tower tumbling was epic.
Wednesday-
We didn't have class because we were given the day off to study.. which of course I didn't do. Instead I went to Valencia to look for an apartment. Which I found :) I looked at like 6 and then the one that I really loved I couldn't move in until middle of Feb and classes started the begining of Feb and I wanted to move in before going off to northern Spain. The girls called me and (from the apartment that I now lived in) and were like "yeah we really like you, so you should move in with us!" haven't regretted it AT ALL.

eeee road parallel to my new apt! LOOK at the oranges errwhereee |
At night, I was in a poker tournament and somehow won the first two tables I was at. Have NEVER played befor in my life. I actualy was at the final table and started winning again but everyone knew that I had no idea what I was doing, plus being the only girl at the table didn't help my case. So I ended up just putting all of my chips in the center and peacing out to sleeeep.
Thursday-- KAREOKE NIGHT at Valadero. Again... And Agua de Valencia. Which is always a struggle. Didn't make it class the nexxt day. Oops.
Going away party part 2? Playing around in Birraitz for the last time--oh how i miss that place... and getting yelled at CONSTANTLY by my old couple neighbors...

AHH beer pong! first time I had played in a loonggg time. These cups suck though. |

love this. Chucks for the win. This was at Tiki Bar (I DOOO miss that place.) |
Then finally COCOLOCO! I still haven't found a club I like as much in Valencia as this one.
Sunday
Leaving was bitter sweet. Those two weeks in Gandia were phenomenal/crazy/stupid/fun/ridiculous/once in a life time. I met a group of amazingggg people that have shaped my experiance in Spain so much and I really have realized that three months after. We still have our FFF Whatsapp group chat. Obviously we aren't always together anymore, which is sad but I mean we needed to expand our circle and meet new people. The girls I can say still are my best friends here, and the boys I think I could count on them in most circumstances. Some of our relationships have changed a lot. But I wouldn't take back those two weeks in Gandia for the world.
Thanks guys :)
